I am Lorie Gavulic, an experienced Medical Illustrator from Fenton, Michigan. I have a Master of Fine Art from The University of Michigan School of Medical & Biological Illustration and I have been creating medical images for over 25 years. My surgical and anatomical illustrations have appeared in hundreds of textbooks, journals and presentations locally and around the globe.

 

I strive to generate the best possible solutions to my client's needs and to deliver them efficiently and courteously, with great attention to accuracy and detail.

 

I'm skilled in the use of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign and especially enjoy combining the look of traditional hand-drawn techniques with today's amazing technology to create fresh and clean images.

 

I can design and layout projects such as 

brochures, posters, booklets or patient education materials from concept through to completion. Although much of my work is medical in nature, my talents also extend to non-medical subject matter and I always enjoy a new creative challenge.
